Philip worked with Raymond Blanc and his team at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons as General Manager for 5 years, between 1999 and 2004 but left to pursue other interests and business ventures. 

Over the following 5 years, Newman-Hall worked as a consultant across the globe including posts in Morocco, South Africa and the Caribbean for Virgin Limited Edition. In 2007, he became Acting General Manager at Stapleford Park in Leicestershire overseeing the major refurbishment returning it to the limelight that it dominated in the late 1980's. He also ran Mallory Court in Warwickshire and helped to set up Wasing Park, a wedding venue in Berkshire. In addition, he has consulted for various hotel projects in the UK. 

Newman-Hall brings to Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons a wealth of experience and knowledge with over 35 years in the hospitality industry.
