Our private dining room, right in the heart of Le Manoir aims to give you the best dining experience, whether as a private celebration or business event. The food and hospitality will match the quality of our restaurant. Events can be held for between 15 and 50 guests.
La Belle Epoque Dining Room, with its own private reception room opens up onto an enchanting walled garden within the oldest part of the house. A place for all seasons, your guests can enjoy drinks on the terrace and croquet on the lawn during the summer months or the glow of an open fire for a warm welcome during the winter months.

Room Hire
Personalised headed menus, a table plan and individual place cards will be provided for your party. A room hire charge is applicable for La Belle Epoque
priced at £600 including VAT.
Room Features
When you book for lunch, guests can access the room from 11.00am to 5.30pm. For dinner bookings, guests can access the room from 7.00pm to 1.30am.
La Belle Epoque is fully air-conditioned. Every area of the room and garden is wheelchair accessible, with further access to disabled toilets. There are also baby-changing facilities available in the disabled toilets.
For meetings and events, we can provide flipcharts, an over-head projector, a screen, notepads and pens or pencils. Flares are also available in the garden, and patio heaters can be hired. La Belle Epoque is also equipped with a Bang & Olufsen six-CD changer with an AM/FM radio. We do have a selection of classical and jazz CDs available for all our guests. However guests are more than welcome to bring your own CDs, should you wish to do so and our team will make sure these are played in the order you prefer.
Guests can also enjoy live music as long as no amplification system is used. A string quartet, a jazz trio, a guitarist or even a singer are all great ideas to entertain your guests and we will be more than happy to help you book them. Your band could set up and play in the garden, weather permitting, or in the raised area at the entrance of La Belle Epoque. Musicians can change in La Belle Epoque prior to your event if need be.
Christmas Parties in La Belle Epoque
Throughout the month of December, the private reception area is decorated with Christmas trees and guests are welcomed with a roaring open fire, providing a magical place for your Christmas festivities.
If you have already experienced Le Manoir's restaurant, the quality of food and hospitality in La Belle Epoque will not disappoint. Raymond Blanc and Gary Jones have created winter menus and a dedicated restaurant team is provided to look after up to 50 guests.

When you decide to confirm your booking for La Belle Epoque, we do require a deposit of £30.00 per person along with a signed copy or our terms and conditions. If you have also booked some bedrooms for your event, we would also require a £200.00 deposit per bedroom per night. | | |
