Restaurant & Sommeliers
Sommelier
Must have Michelin experience alongside enthusiasm and drive.
Commis de Restaurant
This position is concerned with fulfilling all of the guests to be best of your ability before, during and after their meal and/or stay in the hotel, working alongside the Chef de Rangs to ensure our guests expectations are exceeded.
Head Waiter
